World Environment Day was celebrated on Monday by Mangalayatan Ayurveda Medical College and Research Center of Mangalayatan University. During this, saplings were planted after worshiping the plants according to the rules and regulations. On the other hand, an oath was taken by the faculty members to save the environment.
Chief Guest Registrar Brig. Samar veer Singh worshiped the plants and administered oath to everyone to save the environment and inspire others to do the same. During this, saplings were planted in the herbal garden of the university. The Registrar said that there is a need to bring changes in daily life to save the environment. If we do not wake up in time, the coming generations will have to face serious consequences. Everyone has to adopt eco-friendly habits in their life.
