The Department of Journalism and Mass Communication of Mangalayatan University organized the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra program to raise awareness of the schemes of the Government of India under the aegis of Radio Narada. Block Community Process Manager Abhishek Singh was the chief guest on the program. The program was organized at the Nagar Panchayat office in Beswan under the direction of Head of Department Dr. Santosh Kumar Gautam.
The Chief Guest said that the benefits of Government of India and State Government schemes like the Swachh Bharat Mission, essential financing services, Ujwala Yojana, housing for the poor, food security, Janani Suraksha Yojana, and Pradhan Mantri Matritva Yojana are meant to reach the people. He said that the Uttar Pradesh government achieved a new feat by making six crore golden cards, in which the Iglas block of Aligarh stood first, and also five new community health centers will be opened under the Iglas area. He also shared information about the Insurance Scheme, the Ayushman Golden Bharat Scheme, the Janani Suraksha Yojana, and the Pradhan Mantri Matritva Yojana. Conducted by Veer Pratap Singh. Mayank Jain expressed his gratitude. The chairman, Kunwar Raj Singh, was helpful in organizing the program. Dinesh Kumar, Ram Singh, Anil Kumar, and students Gyanendra, Avdul, Harish, Arjun, and Deepshikha were present on this occasion. Anganwadi workers, Asha Bahu, and helpers also participated in the program.
