The University management has decided to provide free education to 350 girl students who are deprived of education in various courses conducted in the university. Along with this, B.Sc Forensic Science and B.Sc Fire and Safety courses will be conducted. While talking to journalists, Vice Chancellor Prof. PK Dashora said that the management of the university has decided to provide free education to 350 girl students who are deprived of education. Those girl students who are unable to get education due to certain reasons will be given admission after conducting entrance examination considering aspects like merit and financial basis. Free admission will be given in 27 courses run in the university. Only the prescribed fees will be charged from the girl students for the examination fees of the university and for using the transport and hostel of the university. Said that the university will bear the expenditure of about Rs 5 crore in a year for providing education to these girl students. Along with this, preparations are being made to conduct B.Sc. courses keeping in mind the importance of forensics and fire and safety in the present era regarding its recognition. Preparations have been made to complete the formalities. Sports and cultural programs have been included in the new education policy. The university has held convocation ceremonies in the past. This year also we will invite the best people in the month of April. Registrar Samarveer Singh gave information about various programs. Pro Vice Chancellor Siddi Biresham, Registrar Examinations Dr. Dinesh Sharma and Dr. Poonam Rani etc. were prominently present.
