टीबी जैसी गंभीर बीमारी लोगों में तेजी से बढ़ती जा रही है। यदि लोग जागरुक हो जाए तो हम इस बीमारी को जड़ से खत्म कर सकते हैं। इसी कड़ी में मंगलायतन विश्वविद्यालय में पत्रकारिता एवं जन संचार विभाग द्वारा संचालित रेडियो नारद 90.4 एफएम एवं स्मार्ट संस्था के सहयोग से टीबी जागरूकता अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। गांव मौहकमपुर के सचिवालय में जन जागरुकता कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। जिसमें टीवी हारेगा देश जीतेगा का नारा दिया गया। ग्रामीणों को रेडियो के माध्यम से प्रसारित कार्यक्रम भी सुनाया गया।
कुलसचिव प्रो. दिनेश शर्मा ने बताया कि टीबी एक गंभीर बीमारी है। केंद्र सरकार ने 2025 तक इस बीमारी को खत्म करने की योजना बनाई है। उन्होंने बताया कि रेडियो नारद व स्मार्ट संस्था के सहयोग से चलाए जा रहे जागरूकता कार्यक्रम द्वारा टीबी जैसी गंभीर बीमारी को हम हराने में सफल होंगे। कार्यक्रम में आरजे वीर प्रताप सिंह, स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी ममता चौधरी, दीपशिखा शर्मा, दीपिका यादव, ज्ञानेंद्र जादौन, हरीश उपाध्याय, अर्जुन उपाध्याय, अब्दुल कलाम, आशाबहु सुनीता, विमलेश व आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता शारदा का सहयोग रहा।
