-मंगलायतन विवि के स्कूल ऑफ फार्मेंसी के विद्यार्थियों ने निकाली जन जागरुकता रैली
अलीगढ़। मंगलायतन विश्वविद्यालय में मंगलवार को स्कूल ऑफ फार्मेंसी द्वारा विश्व उच्च रक्तचाप
दिवस मनाया गया। इस दौरान विद्यार्थियों ने हाथों में पोस्टर व बैनर लेकर जन जागरुकता रैली
निकाली। ग्रामीणों को उच्च रक्तचाप के कारण व इससे बचने के उपायों को नुक्कड़ नाटक के माध्यम
से बताया गया।
जन जागरुकता रैली का शुभारंभ कुलपति प्रो. केवीएसएम कृष्णा ने झंड़ी दिखाकर किया। इस मौके पर
रजिस्ट्रार ब्रिगेडियर समरवीर सिंह, ज्वाइंट रजिस्ट्रार डा. दिनेश शर्मा, प्रो. उल्लास गुरुदास, प्रिंसिपल
डीओपी आदि मौजूद रहे। इसके बाद फार्मेसी के विद्यार्थी हाथों में बैनर व स्लोगन लिखी हुई पटटिकाएं
लेकर ग्रामीणों को जागरुक करते हुए गांव मौहकमपुर पहुंचे। गांव में छात्रा आरती, भाव्या, सलौनी,
स्वीटी, रंजना, स्मृति ने नुक्कड़ नाटक का आयोजन किया। नाटक के माध्यम से छात्राओं ने संदेश
दिया कि नमक व फास्ट फूड अधिक खाने, फल-सब्जियां न खाने, नियमित व्यायाम न करने, शराब,
कोल्ड ड्रिंक व कॉफी का अधिक सेवन करने के कारण उच्च रक्तचाप की समस्या हो जाती है। शिविर
में छात्र योगेश कुमार, हेमेंद्र कुमार, दुर्वेश ने ग्रामीणों की निश्शुल्क ब्लड प्रेसर की जांच की। ग्रामीणों
द्वारा विद्यार्थियों की पहल को सराहा गया। फार्मेंसी के डायरेक्टर प्रो. आरके शर्मा ने बताया कि दुनिया
भर में हृदय रोग समय से पहले मौत का एक प्रमुख कारण है। जागरुक होकर इससे बचा जा सकता
है। इस दौरान पोस्टर प्रतियोगिता भी हुई। कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने में कोर्डिनेटर यादवेंद्र सिंह, नेहा
सिंह, राहुल सिंह, ज्योति सिंह, सुनील कुमार, आकाश उपाध्याय, राजकुमार, सतेंद्र कुमार का विशेष
सहयोग रहा। फार्मेंसी के हेड देवेंद्र सिंह ने सभी का आभार व्यक्त किया। इस अवसर पर पूर्व प्रधान
मदन सिंह, पूर्व प्रधान बबलू सिंह आदि मौजूद रहे।
