मंगलायतन विश्वविद्यालय में बुधवार को पीएचडी के नए शोधार्थियों के लिए उन्मुखीकरण कार्यक्रम (ओरिएंटेशन प्रोग्राम) का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य पीएचडी करने वाले नए विद्यार्थियों का स्वागत और उन्हें शोध कार्य प्रणाली के संबंध में अवगत कराना था। कार्यक्रम में विद्यार्थियों के साथ ही अभिभावकों ने बढ़-चढ़कर हिस्सा लिया।
कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ कुलपति प्रो. केवीएसएम कृष्णा, डीन एकेडमिक उल्लास गुरुदास, प्रो. जयंतीलाल जैन, परीक्षा नियंत्रक प्रो. दिनेश शर्मा, डा. अशोक पुरोहित, डा. मनोज पटेरिया, प्रो. रविकांत ने संयुक्त रुप से मां सरस्वती के सामने दीप प्रज्ज्वलति कर किया। मां सरस्वती की वंदना भी की गई। कुलपति प्रो. केवीएसएम कृष्णा ने नए विद्यार्थियों को मंविवि का हिस्सा बनने पर बधाई दी। उन्होंने कहा कि समाज उपयोगी, गुणवत्तायुक्त शोध की आवश्यकता है। विश्वविद्यालय के सुपरवाइजर शोध में मार्गदर्शन के साथ आपकी सहायता करेंगे। डीन एकेडमिक उल्लास गुरुदास ने कहा कि शोध के साथ रिसर्च आर्टिकल्स पब्लिश कराना, पढ़ना और प्रैक्टिकल रिसर्च करना बहुत अनिवार्य है। प्रो. दिनेश शर्मा ने कहा कि जब आप धर्म का पालन करते हुए शोधकार्य करेंगे तो समाज को उसका लाभ अवश्यक मिलेगा। उन्होंने परीक्षा से संबंधित विस्तृत जानकारी प्रदान की। प्रो. जयंतीलाल जैन ने शोधार्थियों को उनके उज्ज्वल भविष्य के लिए शुभकामनाएं दी। प्रो. रविकांत ने कहा कि पीएचडी करने के लिए डिजायर, डिवोशन, डिसिप्लिन एंड डेडीकेशन की आवश्यकता है। संचालन डा. नियति शर्मा ने किया। इस मौके पर डा. आरके शर्मा, डा. राजीव शर्मा, डा. अनुराग शाक्य, डा. सिद्धार्थ जैन, डा. दीप शिखा सक्सेना, डा. संतोष गौतम, डा. पूनम रानी, डा. राजेश उपाध्याय, डा. योगेश गुप्ता, डा. हैदरअली, मोहन माहेश्वरी, तरुण शर्मा आदि मौजूद थे।
