On Tuesday the University conducted health awareness campaign on Tuberculosis (TB). The Journalism and Mass Communication department of the University conducted this campaign collaborating with “Radio Narad”. This health campaign aims to aware people about Tuberculosis (TB), its symptoms, precautions, and treatment.
This health awareness campaign on Tuberculosis conducted on the presence of eminent dignitaries of the University. The Registrar of the University, Professor Dinesh Chandra said that Tuberculosis (TB) is a serious infectious disease that mainly affects our lungs and the Government’s plan is to abolish Tuberculosis (TB) from the country by 2025.
RJ Veer Pratap Singh, Health Officer Mamta Chaudhary, Deepshikha Sharma, Deepika Yadav, Gyanendra Jadaun, Harish Upadhyay, Arjun Upadhyay, Abdul Kalam, Ashabahu Sunita, Vimlesh and Anganwadi worker played a significant role to make this health awareness campaign successful.
