8th Convocation: 1,125 Student Received Their Degree

After the hiatus of two years, the 8th convocation ceremony of Mangalayatan University saw 1125 students from undergraduate, postgraduate, and Ph.D. programmes being awarded degrees and medals at on-campus event. On this event, students awarded gold and silver medal for their splendid performance in academics. The Chief Guest on the occasion was Prof. Achyutyanand Mishra who appreciated students’ effort and dedication. He further said that, students are pillars of the nation and they should channelize their energy in proper direction to achieve a great height in career.

Set The Target and Hit the Target

On this 8th convocation, Prof. Achyutyanand Mishra encouraged students to set a higher goal in life and hit it with dedication and determination. He also said that with strong will power, honesty and ethics; students should give significant contribution to uplift and empower underprivilege section of the society.

Use Your Intellect Politely

While addressing students and faculty of the University, Mr. Mishra emphasized on the adoption of employment-oriented programmes and trailblazing technology in the education system. He also said, in the era of globalization and economic liberalization students have immense opportunities therefore they should use their intellect politely to expand the horizon of their career graph and acquire in-depth subject knowledge.

On this occasion, board members Mukesh Goyal, Vikas Tripathi, Ashok Kumar, Examinations Coordinator Dinesh Sharma, Dean of Academic Prof. Ullas Gurudas, Dean of Humanity Faculty Prof. Jayantilal Jain, teaching faculty and head of departments were present at the event.
