Seven Days Yoga Camp Inaugurated at Mangalayatan University

Aligarh: There is a great significance of Yoga in Human life. It is a spiritual practice that enhances intellect, provides strength to the body and rejuvenates human lives. Today, in this modernized era people are unable to maintain balance between nature and themselves, resultant today they are more susceptible to diseases. Yoga is the panacea to lead a delightful and healthy life. Keeping this thing in mind, Mangalayatan University Aligarh inaugurated seven days yoga camp at the campus. The objective behind this yoga camp was enhancing awareness about yoga in students and shading light on its significance.

The University teaching faculty, staff and students shown great enthusiasm and interest in this yoga camp. Eminent dignitaries of the University and other prominent personalities of the city participated in this event. Registrar of the University Brigadier Samarveer Singh, the Dean of the Humanity Department Professor Jayantilal Jain shed light on the significance of yoga for human life and also urged students and staff to adopt yoga in their daily life.

Exam Coordinator Prof. Dinesh Sharma and administrative officer Gopal Singh Rajput played a significant role in this event. In addition, Ashish, Vaibhav, Shweta, Anshika, Tariq, Shashank and Naman participated in the event voluntarily.
