Farewell Event: Vijeta and Abhishek elected Miss Farewell and Mister Farewell respectively

Final year students of MBA, BBA and B. Com received a grand farewell from their juniors at Mangalayatan University Aligarh. It was a series of emotions for final year students, for some it was the beginning of the new chapter of life and for others, it was the end of their academic journey. The farewell event was spellbound and buzzed with dance, songs, games, competitions and performances. With highly-acclaimed and mesmerizing performance, juniors overwhelmed the seniorswith emotions.

The Vice-Chancellor of the University Professor KVSM Krishnainaugurated the farewell event, illuminated the light at the idol Saraswati and greeted students for their bright future. In the farewell event, students participated in various cultural activities and some notable performances were Anjali Gupta’s captivating Sri Ganesh Vandana, poetry recitation of Geet and Utkarsh Jain, and enthralling dance performance of Mahima, Richa and Rakhi. Foreign student Havile Mona shared experience of her academic journey and also expressed gratitude to the faculty of the University.

In this farewell event, Vijeta and Abhishek elected Miss Farewell and Mister Farewell respectively; Vishal and Jyoti elected Mister Performer and Miss Performer respectively. The Head of Department Professor Rajiv Sharma and Professor Anurag Shakya awarded all winners. Dr. Poonam Rani, Dr. Soni, Dr. Vikas Sharma and Luv Mittal were the jury member.

Dr. Siddharth Jaindirected the farewell event and Dr. Saurabh Kumar and Dr. Ankur Aggarwal coordinated the farewell event. Apart from that Rohit, Mayank, Mehak, Tanu, Talib, Dasharatha, Prakhar, Danish and Jeevan made a special contribution in the farewell event. In the event of farewell, Pro. Jayantilal Jain, Prof. Ullas Gurudas, Vikas Verma, Dr. Nisha Khan, Dr. Niyati Sharma and other eminent dignitaries of the University were presentat the event.
